Ard Appraisal has been providing commercial appraisal services for lending, equitable distribution, eminent domain, and tax appeals throughout the region since 1965. Included in our staff are four MAI designated appraisers. Our appraisers offer licenses/certifications in a number of states including: New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
